« The element of a classic album. »
The element of freedom is another great album from the very talented A. Keys.

This is actually her best album since her debut. You can listen to this from beginning to end and get lost in the element of freedom. The only track I skip is "Put it in a love song". Beyonce should have kept that track for her own album because it seems misplaced and definitely was not needed on this album. With lyrics like "say you love me, then text me on my cell phone" is just out of place on this classic album.

The best songs are:

- Love is blind
- Try sleeping...
- That's how strong my love is
- Love is my disease
- Unthinkable

And my favorite song is "How it feels to fly". Great album!

« I miss Alicia's voice & the piano »
Alicia Keys can sing anything, but this CD is missing the feeling of the other CD's. I miss hearing her heart and soul over that piano.

« Free your Mind »
I love Alicia Keys and she continues to be one of the few bright stars in this current R&B market. Since the late 90's R&B has suffer from a lack of real raw talent and I miss that New Jack Swing Era. Thank God for Alicia! The Elements of Freedom played like a throw back to the 80's R&B Pop sound made by Prince and Lisa Lisa and Cult Jam. I love the fact that she took risks and even step outside her own box and got creative with her music. My favorite is "Sleeping With A Broken Heart" "This Bed" "Un-Thinkable (I'm Ready)" "Empire State Of Mind (Part II)" "Like The Sea" and "Love is My Disease"

Once again Alicia Keys delivers. 5 stars!

« good album »
This album is definitely alicia's most initimate album so far. I felt a connection with those songs. Especially songs such as distance and time, empire state and try sleeping with a broken heart. I loved this album. Very personal and creative piece of work.
